Gebben & Karen shoot the targets on the matrix field. This week they’re shooting the 1 & 2 target. They break them down and show us how to break them consistently.

Gebben and Karen help us further understand eye dominance and how to take last weeks info to the range. This is primarily for shooters that have issues with eye dominance; middle or cross dominance.

The most important thing is to see the target clearly and allow yourself to feel the correct mirage.

Gebben and Karen continue to knock the rust off of Gebben’s game. They show us in detail how they’re thinking about set up, the move, visual concepts, the feel with their legs, hands and body, clearing the mind and then letting it happen.

Gebben and Karen take us through a station as the start to knock a little rust off after a couple weeks of not shooting after the National Championships. It’s important to build your conscious mind and make quality shots with proper technique even if you don’t hit all the targets.
