Fine-tuning Transitions

This week during our analysis series from the 2024 NSCA Western Regional, we are critiquing our Super Sport Event. Gebben and Karen specifically talk about the transition between birds in the Super Sport pairs, both true and report. They dissect eye placement, the importance of eye separation from the gun, and how success relies on good execution of the first target. Karen points out her relaxed body posture and Gebben reminds us how to always go back to good form and enjoyment of the game. Having confidence in your form and what your eyes are doing especially between birds can help and allow you to be successful.
