Anticipation in Depth Explanation
Gebben and Karen give us a in depth explanation of anticipation of the target. They cover what it is, how to use it, and help us apply it.
Anticipation is definitely in the movement of lower body and the speed at which we mount the gun.
They describe the subtle differences from feeling anticipation between sporting and F.I.T.A.S.C.
