Causes of Flinching
So many people ask how to stop flinching. I talk about some of the causes and some advice on how to fix those issues. Balance, posture, grip pressure and gun fit can all factor in to flinching.

Flinching from Eyes Leaving the Target
Another cause of flinching can be your eyes leaving the target. Whether it’s checking the barrel, the bird/barrel relationship, looking at the gap or just not seeing the target clearly, these can all cause flinching if your stance, posture and balance are all correct.

Adjusting your Hold Point
