Eye Dominance Continued
Further discussion on eye dominance and feeling the correct connect with the target. A gun fit that allows you to see well over the rib is important to feel true connection with the target.

Get Your Mind Right
Listen to Gebben talk about the importance of getting your mind right and being fully present in whatever you’re doing!

Importance of Eyes Over the Rib
Watch Gebben’s student Lee make an adjustment to check pressure to allow his eyes to be higher over the run than he’s used to.

Crosser on report Teal
Watch Gebben and Karen shoot two different crossers with the same teal target as a second shot. They make a slightly diagonal move on the crossers using a sustained lead method.
The most important aspect of this pair is watching the first target break, so that your peripheral vision can acquire the second target and allow the transition to be smooth and fluid.
Your eyes control so much of the outcome!
Have a perfect plan, because confident in your plan, allow your body to move smooth, see the target clear, watch it right, transition to the second target and trust yourself.

Importance of Different Types of Practice
It’s important to practice every level of difficulty of presentations. We must train for consistency and we need to figure out how to break the hard targets.
