Mastering the Matrix (2)
This week Gebben and Karen take us through the 3 and 4 target of the matrix. Both of these are chondel targets and present unique applications of the approach to chondels. When approaching a pair like this, you need to shoot both targets where the sweet spot is. See the targets early but watch the first target break and the transition to the second shot.

Gebben and Karen take us through their level up drill on the skeet field. This drill is built for consistency training. It takes immense mental focus to get through this whole drill!

The Grid
Gebben and Karen take you through The Grid on the Skeet field. It’s an incredibly important drill to work on your move and consistency. Mark all of your spots. Hit your spots. Plan, visualize, and execute!
From Skeet station 3, 4, & 5 and 3-6 yards behind each station, shoot 4 targets in a row. From 3 & 4 shoot the low house. From 5 & 4 shoot the high house.
Next week we will go to pairs.
